Finwello collects personal information for two reasons: to improve our website, its features and content; and, in order to provide our services, which may include, but is not limited to, providing access to our proprietary financial wellness technologies.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you complete an assessment, questionnaire, transaction, or place an order for subscription, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address.
As part of our services, we may also collect information such as your annual income, your net worth, your marital status, number of dependents, the value of your investments, your debt obligations and any additional information required to provide the services we have agreed to provide.
If you contact us with a comment, question or complaint by email, telephone, video call or online chat, you may be asked for information to identify yourself, along with additional information we need to answer your question or respond to your comment or complaint. We may retain this information to assist you in the future, as well as, to improve our customer service, our website and our services.

How do you get my consent?

We may at times, with your consent, disclose necessary personal information to these independent professionals so that they can provide their services.
